About the project
Our oceanside Lions Bay project began as a simple staircase replacement and grew into a full home transformation. We started by installing a custom walnut staircase with sleek modern treads and railings, and from there the homeowner brought us on to handle all new doors and windows throughout the home, inside and out. The scope expanded to a complete kitchen renovation with new drywall and tile, along with a full gutting and remodel a powder room. We rounded out the project with custom millwork, exterior repairs and painting, updated decks, and some landscaping work including rock wall repairs, delivering a true top to bottom transformation.
